IMPORTANT: If your package tracking says "Pre-Shipment, Awaiting Item" most of the time USPS or UPS have already received & scanned the package it just takes around 3-5 days to enter the system.

If that is your case don't stress out, I assure you that your order has been shipped and packed (we pack & ship all orders within 24 hours), please contact us if it has been stuck in "Pre-shipment" for more than 5 days.
